2 cents: been to PR. See the avatar? That's at the Bacardi Factory in San Juan. I found the diving in West PR to be the best of where I went. Desecheo Island has some fabulous soft corals and the best sea fans ever! Saw a lot of little tropicals, not really big stuff tho I know it must be there. I hear the south side of PR is good too(black coral) but I have not been there. The bioluminescent bay in Fajardo rocks! But the diving in Fajardo sucked. Although it is a territory of the US, DO NOT drink the water! Expect to pay at least $100 a night for a "motel 6" style hotel room. I didnt get bit by any perchacudas there, tho. :D Jstuart1, PM me if you want to hear more about Puerto Rico.
