I am looking at a PST E7 100 that I am told is new and has never been dove. There is a tank valve and boot installed and the visual inspection sticker that lists a date of 04. It looks like a bead finish and has the blue PST decal on the front of it. Should I be leery of it due to the expired vis 4 Ž½ years ago? This is being offered by a private party for $200. Anything special I should look for and is this a good deal or not?

If it passes a visual inspection, it's good to go. Keep in mind it needs a hydro very soon tho.

Being that it has sat for almost 5 years and so close to needing a hydro within probably 6 months I would make the sale based on passing a new hydro (which a visual inspection is part of). At that point for $200 it is a descent deal.
