the two numbers before the IA in your latest picture are the month. 05 is 2005 for the year.
yep, 2005, month code is the other side of the manufacturer's (PST) stamp
M = month
Y = year

Post a picture of the middle of the crown markings (as noted above with the PST in the middle). Also there looks to be other hydro stamps below.
My guess is 09/2005.
