Great choice you are going to two great dive sites. I'd say if you are going to do a few baited dives try at least one in protea my thinking being as the baited dives are surface dives , max 10 mtrs there is not a massive difference between the sites as they are relatively close to each other but aliwall just has a lot more aperators offering the dives. Definitely though protea has more sharks so there is more to see down at depth. Aliwall is also closer to shore so the water can get quite murky at times but the beauty is these two sites are only an hour apart so you can see what the conditions are like when you get there and chop and change between the two.
