Missing diver search called off until Monday
The search for the body of a locally-employed professional diver has been called off until Monday. Jesus Ramon Vasquez was on a recreational dive in the waters off Alcaidesa during a day off yesterday.

The 50 year old Spanish national is an employee of Resolve Marine Group, who sent divers and equipment to help the Guardia Civil with the search-and-rescue operation. This afternoon the search was called off till Monday, owing to the bad weather.

A spokesperson for Resolve Marine Group said told GBC Mr Vasquez was a highly regarded and very experienced diver.
