I carry a MagicShine torch, similar to the one depicted below, when I dive. Recently it has started to die at depth. The batteries (2 x 18650 4000mAh 3.7 li ion) are fully charged and the torch is not leaking at all.
Sometimes rotating the magnetic ring switch will get it to come back on but this is working less and less and is becoming frustrating as it works fine down to about 15 meters and then just goes out, but when I surface after the dive it works again.
Anyone with any ideas what may be going on and how to fix it?
