I have two heiser 104 lps both with Genesis H-valves on them. I did a vip on them this year, and took apart the valve to clean it. When I put it together and turned the air on, air is leaking out of the handle on both valves and both tanks. I had my LDS rebuild them, also they got the rebuild kits from Genesis, and still the problem continues. I sent the valves back to the manufacture and they are going to correct or replace them, I was just wondering if anyone has run into this type of problem. These valves aren't that complicated!!!

Thanks all

Thats the funny thing, I used the exact same o-rings that came out of it. I dont throw anything away until I know its in working order. It has both myself and my LDS confused.

Maybe someone scratched the o-ring seats/crevices, maybe the parts spent too much time in the ultrasonic cleaner, could be a million things...

Can you tell us eventually what the manufacturer said?
