Pro Plus 2 problem

On my recent dive trip I had some problems with the right-hand button on my Pro Plus 2 sticking. Then after the computer automatically turned off after 24 hours and I turned it on again, it is now just displaying "SN 008 681 rld", where 008681 is the computer's serial number. None of the buttons do anything and removing and replacing the battery (which was indicated as fully charged previously) doesn't change anything.

I presume I need to send the computer into Oceanic to be fixed, Doug can you let me know how I go about doing this. I'm curious too, what does the "rld" in the display indicate?

The r1d is the firmware revision level.
