Don't know of anyone in that area. I do private lessons, but I'm in the panhandle. You might have better luck with this in the main Conch forum.

Most of the shops in the Jacksonville area will arrange private classes. Just be forewarned they'll be more expensive. Even though I have done/will do one-on-one classes, I believe a decent sized group provides a better learning experience.

btw, what I meant by more expensive is a private class through a shop will be more expensive then joining one of their pre-scheduled classes.
