Prince George Diving

Good afternoon,

I was wondering if anyone here might know of some good spots to do some deeper (100+ feet) shore dives in/ around the Prince George area (within 1 hr drive). I did quite a few dives at the Cluculz lake boat launch on Guest Rd. last summer but a new spot would be nice.

I heard there is a small quarry about 50 km north of town. Would anyone have any details about it (max depth, shore access)?

Yes, that's the quarry I'm talking about, however I can't seem to find any information about it that would be relevant to divers.

I did a quick search of "prince george" in the SB search window and came up with the following thread - http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/introductions-greets/381360-hi-prince-george-bc-long-post.html - that was contributed to by another PG diver. Perhaps he can help out. I presume there must be other divers in and around PG as well, who should be able to help out. Good luck.

I got my answer, it bottoms out around 20ft.

Any new/ "old" divers in the Prince George area this year? Seems everyone is moving away, if this keeps up I have a feeling it'll be another summer of hanging out with the Ling Cod at the bottom of Cluculz. lol
