AHH ....

the usefulness of information is not just based on the text read.

it is the assimilation of the cultural nuances that would give insight to the experience a visitor may expect. as he would not be too cultured shock if say he read here in PPD that jokes are very much utilised in words having double meaning.

immersion into PPD forums would give them a glimpse of the quirkiness of the Philippine culture. just like what you said about Japan... it may be ok there but illegal in USA.

same here.... so an immersion in PPD would help the first time visitor adjust upon arriving.... he would learn that there are alot of JACKazzes here so he be wary just like in the USA !

and learn that there are the GOOD the Bad and the Pasaway !

:D

Anthropologically speaking PPD is an overview of Manila culture. So the headaches we cause the MODs are in fact lessons in Philippine culture.

Be proud KIM you have and are part of that Service SB brings to its member community.

SO ANYONE WHO WISHES TO VISIT THE PHILIPPINES, feel free to get KIMs experience on PPD culture. go ahead PM Kim? :D

that's why when PPDs meet with other PPDs in other countries, it seems they have known each other... as the forums gives an insight to the glimpse of the charactrers herein.

take forinstance Mike V. ..... ahhhh never mind.... hehehhehehehe
