ok so far we're looking at the following breakdown of expenses:

P185/pax buffet (+10% service charge) = 203.5... this includes 2 rounds of soda/juice/iced tea
P1,799 (divided by # of PPD attendees) for 1 30l keg of san mig light equiv to 93(!) bottles of beer on the wall, 93 bottles of beer... the smaller (15l) keg is equiv to 2 cases and is 1,181

i will post tomorrow the options for dates... so i can tell the caterers how many people are gonna be there... i really hope we can get most of the PPDers in on this... especially those who have joined a DOR but can't be active on the board... we miss them naman diba? hehehehehe

dahil hindi pala sila ang nagmamanage ng building there's a small rental fee for the venue... 3500 daw siya... mga 5-6 hours... may aircon na siya (and the smoking area is outside the sliding doors beside the pool)
