All was well and the trip was fantastic. I thought I'd provide more info in case anyone in the future wondering the same thing came across this thread. They had two step down converters connected to power strips, so there were plenty of 110V sockets available in the common areas. Our cabin (standard room) had two 240V outlets next to the bed (not next to the sink, so no worries there).
