Ok so even vinyl stickers is bad?
Its not costly for me. I own a printing shop and we print vinyl stickers.

A proper vis requires looking for damage under the stickers. You could get an argument that a sticker will trap water against the tank.
I have no issue with a cheap sticker wrap. just remember it may not be there for more than a year.
