Posting thumbnails

In the past I've posted thumbnails using the attachments button. It worked well. Now, I
can't find the attachments button when replying to a thread. I see it here when I'm
starting a new thread, but not when I use quick reply. When I try to go advanced with
my reply, all the buttons disappear. Also when I try to go advanced, there's no place I
can find to actually type a reply and no way I can find to post it if I could type a reply.
Am I missing something or does this need to be fixed?

After posting a test photo, I discover that thumbnails no longer work this way even when
starting a thread. How do we post thumbnails now?

It appears we have a PHP (scripting language s/w) problem. No resolution yet.
