Possible to do New Hampshire as shore dive?

I have never been on the USS-New Hampshire. I know approximately where it is but I was curious if anyone knew if it would be possible to dive it from a shore access point?

you can always call don stephens at atlantic aquasport dive shop about the dive as he would be able to tell you. the # is 603-436-4443. i believe he is close on tues.
