Unfortunately, I took mine back to Canada last month, training some future public safety divers. Otherwise, that would have been easy.

I've not noticed a ffm for rent on the island yet, but I'll look around the next couple days and see if I can find one.

Maybe someone else coming down has some extra luggage space? Only needs one way.

Thanks Cameron but don’t put too much of your time into it. Hopefully its not going to be an issue and even if it is I will just grin and bear it. :D I have almost 3 weeks until my first dive and the treatment is just 2 weeks so will have some time to start healing.

Just an update.

Lip is looking pretty bad and not feeling much better but its also not the gaping black hole of infinity that I had imagined either. And given the lack of an available FFM rental in Cozumel and the logistics of trying to learn to use one on the fly I am just going to stop the treatments a few days early and give myself that extra time to heal.

Thanks for your input and if the unfortunate happens and I need more aggressive treatment in the future I might be back for recommendations on the best recreational FFM to purchase based on my specific needs.
