Just wondering ... if you wanted to mount a gas blending set-up at the back of your truck, what components would you use and what kind of costs would you be looking at?

I have one in a box Aziz, I built mine 5 years ago , fiters ,wips digital gauge , I think I have 2500 in it with all the quick disconnects , I can blend anything , but without a booster its limited to gas I can carry

Thanks Steve. Does that include compressor and bottles too?

lol no its just the blending from what ever bottles I have along ///

Casey McKinley at D3 diving has a mixing station that fits in a box. I haven't seen it but heard it's cool.

Are you trying to partial pressure or continuous blend?

My intake tubing and mixing stick are portable and can be hung from a tree branch when my compressor is running from a gas engine. I use an old medical regular to deliver O2 (13L/min) and make 32% just like at home. I can also plug the opening in the mixing stick with a garbage bag, feed leftover gases from whatever is on hand faster (100L/min) and use it as a booster/gas scavenger too. (Not an o2 booster)

For PP blending its not a big deal to transfill using a whip then top off. I only do that with a brand new filter on my compressor since I don't trust partially used ones to make OCA.

hyper pure filters , the blender is the person using it .......maybe your looking for a continuous blender like a nitrox stick ?.........it has every thing you need for partial pressure blender , helium/o2 analyzers, needle valve ,digital gauge and fitting's for t bottle's etc
