This may be a dumb question, but being that I am from Maine and we can't pull bugs anywhere....can we get them without a permit from your boat? Or can we get a permit if we don't live in Mass?

You can not get a permit in Massachusetts unless you live or pay taxes on property in massachusetts. You also can not take lobsters without this permit even if I have my own permit on my boat. Each individual is permited. Thanks David
