Thanks for the help everyone, from what I hear it should probably not cause any additional damage, and as long as I can breathe fine and it doesn't hurt while diving I should be alright.
 
If there is no swelling and little pain, the likelihood of fracture is very low. Significant nasal fractures present with marked tenderness, swelling, and discoloration.
