:280: HAS ANYONE ON THIS BOARD BEEN TO PLAZA LAS GLORIAS IN THE LAST 2 OR 3 MONTHS AND HAD MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH AIR CONDITIONING? Please don't tell me you heard this or you heard that, or you know someone who knows someone who heard something. I guess I'm tired of hearing one thing from the travel agent and the hotel, and another story from others! I don't doubt the possibility of problems. You can't really expect a travel agent to refund your money before you have the bad experience and change hotels. I would like to talk to anyone who has a name and phone # about their own experiences. Please contact me by private message or by email.
