Playa Mujeres December 20-27 [NEED ADVICE]

Hello everyone! It looks like I am going to be lucky enough to head back down to the region for Christmas this year. This time it will be the family of four, including my son who is also certified. We will be staying at the new Dreams Playa Mujeres resort, and of course I am looking for an excellent shop to take us out. On my short list of wants, is MUSA, a cenotes dive, and if possible over to Cozumel as my son has never dove there. Considering the time of year, I might consider replacing one of those with a Bull Shark dive.

I did find out yesterday that Solo Buceo will be the onsite dive trip provider, so that answers part of my question. Anyone here dove with them before? How were they? Should I go with someone else?
