Hi Guys,
Due to the distinct lack of choice at my LDS I've ordered three masks online, namely the TUSA Platina, Splendive (2 I believe) and Powerview.
I chose these mainly because they all have aftermarket prescription lenses available. I haven't decided whether I want to continue using contacts yet but I'd like the option to be there without buying a whole new mask.
Right of the bat I could tell that the Powerview doesn't fit. True I have a beard at the moment but the leaks were pretty bad.
That leaves the Platina and Splendive. As far as I can tell they both fit me really well. They're both comfortable too. I have a suspicion that the Platina will fit me ever so slightly better but I'm fairly inexperienced and can't tell. The Splendive on the other hand looks better in my opinion and has a slightly better field of view. Also it comes with a snorkel which is a nice plus, although I doubt I'll use it much if ever!
Can anyone give me any insight into which one they think I should choose? Thanks!
