Hi.
For the tank valve mating a regulator yoke. What dimensions is the perfect o-ring ; in millimetres or in inches ?

The Society of Automotive engineers has a standard for specifying O-ring sizes that are used for sealing applications and are specified by a three digit number. The size you want for yoke o-rings is: 014 (i.e. AS568B-014). The first digit 0 specifies that the cross sectional diameter of the o-ring is 1/16th of an inch. You'll find the nominal and actual inner diameter, cross section, and outer diameter here:
