In the real world you are paying for something and if the product or service does not meet your expectations or any claims that might have been made, you would ask for a refund. Again, it's difficult to complain about something you have been given for free.

Again, I am confused. Post #11 clearly states that we have a NEW IT team. You would have me sack them after creating a Board that doesn't crash every other hour?discrepancy:Dear Mr NetDoc,

I am a private user, but I do think ScubaBoard needs to sharpen up its act with respect to Photo Gallery. It's just not good enough at the moment.
