For a flight from Caticlan (Boracay) to Busuanga (Coron) you could check with Seair, they operate it as as seasonal route (see http://www.flyseair.com/01routemap.php).
Didn't take that flight when I was there June 2005, but did fly with them (19 seaters) (back and forth from Manila) to Boracay (best beaches), Bohol (best diving) and Puerto Princessa plus El Nido (least touristy).

Hey guys,

is it possible flying from Caticlan (Boracay) to Coron? I checked Asian Spirit, Cebu
Pacific and Philippine Airlines and they don't run the route (Doesn't fly from Kalibo to Coron either).

@ Rain: think you might have to ferry it - either from Manila or Aklan (this is the province that Kalibo, Boracay and Caticlan are in) if possible.
