I dive Atlantis regularly and they are 2 of the best here in the Philippines. Puerto Galera and Dumaguete offer terrific diving and some of the best macro I've had anywhere in Asia. Tokos restaurants in both locations have a spectacular selection of excellent food. Should be a wonderful trip.
