Well you all know that I have been seduced by the Philippines and her people, especially the PPD and am returning in May. My travel agent just sent me an email with my confirmed flights and a note that said I need a visa for stays over 21 days. Can anyone give me more information on this?

I returned from the PI last month. I assume you are a Canadian citizen? If so you must get a visa from a Philippine Consulate office or Embassy. The maximum stay is 59 days. Download the application form from the web and follow the instructions.

This is the Toronto website for the Philippine Consulate

Thanks Gilligan. I appreciate that info. I just got back on Monday and I guess I was right on the 21 day mark. My next trip there in May is over the 21 days.

ummm Dennis...when you fly, make sure you come thru Oahu...conveniently forget your visa and give us your ticket :D

OK, I need to find out what you do for a living, and start doing it!! Two trips to the Philippines in less the six months... Trips to Yap and Bali!

I'm extremely jelous!!! :D

I'd love to do that Leesa but I'm afraid of what Catherine might do when she finds out I'm getting even more practice before Bali... it's tough to dive with broken legs...:D
