As I recall, Phantom Divers are the operation feeding the sharks in PDC. Perfectly legal, but not a chance in hell I would ever support them. Chance encounters are fine, but chumming is out of bounds for me. Habituating bull sharks to divers is very bad juju.

Agreed...I do not want to use a op that feeds.
