Attached is petition. All NH Divers, pls. have your friends, (NH Residents, divers AND non-Divers) sign. Once you get all signatures, pls. send to Rep. Michael Harrington 92 Garland Road Strafford, NH 03884.

The petition states:
We the undersigned residents of NH do believe:
That the marine waters of NH and the resources contained there in are there for all residents to enjoy and share; and That Divers are stewards of this marine enviornment and as such should be able to take lobsters while diving subject to the same restrictions imposed on other legal methods of taking. We therefore ure the passage of LSR 2095, which would allow for the legal taking of lobsters while diving in NH's coastal waters.
