Does it make sense to measure the diameter of the earth with a micrometer?:) :)
If you just said "The earth is big", I'll accept that.

If you said that the earth is 8,000 miles in diameter, I accept that.

But if you say the earth is 8241 miles in diameter, I'll say "No, its about 7926 miles at the equator and 7901 at the poles. :) :) :)
 
Since it's generated such a response, I created plot of the error between the two. The three dimensional plot attached below shows a MAXIMUM error of around 50 UPTD at the most extreme portion of the plot (i.e. a 50 UPTD error when your total exposure is around 1,000 UPTD). Oh, the error is in your favor too - it leans towards the conservative because you get more UPTD with the higher power. I would be worried about other things in that zone :(
