Going to be in the Pensacola/Fort Walton Beach area of the Panhandle in early Feb. Anyone familiar with the local dive conditions this time of year? Any recommendations for a good dive for a beginner OW?

Here is a link for water temps.....NODC Water Temps It shows the water at Pensacola as being quite chilly in February (58 degrees). You could check out Vortex Springs though. Its a nice easy dive for a beginner (I actually did my checkouts there)
