Will keeping a can of roasted peanuts in the freezer keep them fresh? :dork2:

The answer is 42.

Assuming the can is opened (or they're homemade), roasted peanuts can be stored in the freezer for six to 12 months. If the can in unopened, then I don't believe it will make much difference, since oxidation is limited by the amount of air in the can.
