apparently all these shark sightings were caused by some divers in a "shark submarine".

Apparently sharks have also been spotted terrorizing college campuses (campi?)...

I was just taking my pet shark for a swim.... I even had him on a leash...

I apologize for all the thread hijacking. I'm not usually the type to hijack, but it was all in good fun.
I've never dove the Jetties myself, but my father quite often did years ago. He never saw any sharks, but did have at least one dive where he ran into quite a few jellyfish. I'm sure they're out there, but I don't think I'd worry too much about running into any.
