Hey everyone,
My name is Lori, I just recently got scuba certified in May 2010. I have only dived in quarries but hope to plan a trip in Jan or Feb for warmer waters. I live in Alabama, and before anyone asks, no I am not a football fan of any kind..lol
My boyfriend got me into scuba diving, it took alot of conviencing cause I have knee problems but he finally got me in the pool first and I feel in love with it like father giving the keys to his daughter for the first time at 15 years old. I don't think I'll ever be able to forget the feeling of my first dive. It was like I woke up that day and started to really live life.
I don't know all the technical terms of the trade at this point but I enjoy the sport and love to learn more about it. That's the main reason for me wanting to join the board.
I hope to meet new people and go places few have ever gone before.
