I found more information: there are several brands that sell the same equipment under their own name: DTD, Dux, Golem, DIRZone...

Golem at least lists the gaskets for the inflator elbow and dump valve. Now I know this I'll send an email to DGX and maybe Golem and ask about interchangeability.

I have both DUX (SS) and the standard American inflator hose assemblies.. The two inflator-hose assemblies will NOT interchange @ the elbow. The threaded flange on the DUX one is much larger. Same for the dump valve. I lost the rear-dump gasket and ended up just making a new one after futile search for a replacement.
