Bloody hell, a bit (no a lot) expensive at 3985 Euros ex Port Moresby!!! That is US$5316 or AU$5538.
 
It's for two weeks, 3 dives most days, searching for the planes, and going to some of the remotest reefs in a country where fuel costs are high, and then there is the cost of the side-scan sonar equipment. It costs no more per day than many liveaboards and includes internal flights. And despite the fact that it is a one-off, unique trip I haven't added any premium to the price. Just staying at the resort for that duration and doing the same number of dives woulf come to over $4000 USD, not including internal flights.
