WHat do you mean? All of the rooms will have airconditioning. The rooms are 40 sq m plus. The two single family rooms are 48 sq m with a kitchenette.

The facilty is designed with the more affluent western traveler in mind. The amenities match anything in the US.

Fresh brewed. We are very lucky to have some of the best Philippine coffee grown on our own family land in Flores. We will have freshly ground and brewed coffee for all!! We even grow our own rice, fruits, and we have ombud.
