Panama City July 24-29?

I'm gonna be in and around Panama City for vacation the last week in July (24-29th). Any recommendations of where to dive in the area? I'll probably hit up vortex springs at least once during the week.

None of my friends that I'm going with are divers, so if anyone wants to buddy up with me, or get a small group together, that'd be great too.
