KansaiKitsune:
Just to let you know, there's more than one Seahunter here in PC. There's a Sea Hunter and a Seahunter that I have seen. There's probably more, who can say?

I really dont remember how it was written. I just remember that it was written in big letters on the side of the boat. It wouldnt have been too big of a deal except that after the dive I was the first one back on the boat. As I was ungearing, I saw one of the other guys surface about 100 yards behind the boat close to where the seahunter had run through earlier.

The wreck was the Strength. The pontoon is not Lost, but the LOSS pontoon.

It's an acronym, LOSS = Large Object Submerbible Salvage or some such. It was used by the Navy for training purposes. They'd sink it, slavge & float it, then do it all over again.

Thanks. When it comes to the names of dive sites out of my home town area I manage to forget the name of the site by the time the boat hits the dock. Unless its something "special" like Oriskany or Duane, Bibb or Speigel Grove etc.

CRS is a bummer, don't grow old!
