None of them are "bad" and you'll get lot's of folks that have their personal favorites. Here are mine:
Out of Lake Worth Inlet (Palm Beach), I like Little Deeper and Narcosis.
Out of Jupiter Inlet, I like Emerald Charters and Jupiter Dive Center. Be aware the diving in Jupiter can definitely be at the upper end of the scale of advanced diving but w/ 500+ dives on your profile, you should be fine.
I'd also suggest trying the diving out of Boynton Beach (20 min S of PB) on UW Explorer.
I agree with Brian on his choice of Jupiter charters. My West Palm favorite is Jim Abernethy's Scuba Adventures (www.scuba-adventures.com) but I, too, like Narcosis. I haven't ben with Little Deeper. Another option in Boynton is Splashdown (www.splashdowndivers.com).
