Yeah you can do it. Why not (if you have the $--what is it now, it was $41 in '07 for the card)? Hey, my MSD still hangs proudly on the wall (it's "suitable for framing"). And, I got a PADI MSD backback, which I still occasionally use to catch Mardi Gras crap from floats down there.
