OK, I got a quote on some real, bona fide 4 inch diameter patches. If we buy 10, the cost is about $10 each.

If we step up to 25 or 30, the cost drops to about $6 each.

I'm not set for Paypal right now, but I could be (I think).

Shipping will be around a $1 or so.
