PADI AOW Course

My partner and I have recently completed our advanced open water course. Having done so, I have a question - is it normal practise for the dives to be led and undertaken by divemasters, to be signed-off by an instructor back in the office?

normally it would be the DM or your Buddy to sign your log-book (for fun dives) if you have completed your training dives prior to this dive.

Futhermore, would it be normal practise to take along two novice open water divers, when we were undertaking our 'course wreck dive'?

Thoughts, please......

you were taking your course wreck dive. were the open water divers on a fun dive?

if they (open water divers) were on a fun dive.... no problem with that.
