Package deal?

Hi all,

I'm pretty new and have mask, fins, snorkel and wetsuit. I'm looking for regulators, BCD and computer and wondered if anybody had a closet they are cleaning out that might have some combination of the above. Size would be for me at 6'/200# and possibly my wife at 5'4"/145#. I would like to get decent equipment, mostly a step up from the poor rental regulators we were stuck with last time.

Please let me know what you might have or any suggestions for some rookies!

I currently have a set of Apeks TX40 regs with a Sherwood "The Source" computer built into the console that I'm looking to sell. I do know that the second stages need to be serviced as they've been sitting in the closet for a few years...

Thanks - and good point. Our diving is purely recreational for the time being and will be mostly warm water but the option for cold water local diving would be nice.

what state are you in?
i can definitely help you or give you someone in your area that can be of assistance. since you are looking for a solid package, the shipping might be tough from an individual as opposed to a shop. let me know!

We're in the eastern Minneapolis area :viking2: and still taking offers. Thanks to everyone who has emailed or PM'ed so far - I've learned a bunch and appreciate the help!

Have you checked the local shops? I seen a few good deals in the south metro on used equipment.

Doesn't seem to be much at the two closest shops, although I do plan to head back soon to pick up a mask that I ordered. I don't get to the south metro often, do you have some particular shops in mind? I may be down there soon,
