P-valves(yes again)

OK, if I go with the Halcyon the install seems easy enough with one exception. Nobody seems to know what size hole is needed in standard fractional measurements. I can get a punch easier than a 9mm shell casing but noone knows the size. Pug?

I just put the valve in my suit and borrowed a set of punches from work. If I remeber correctly I used a 7/16" punch.

Seems to make sense. A 9mm should be somewhere close to .360". Add the casing and it should be closer to .400". I don't shoot 9mm so it is just a guess. The 7/16" is .4375". There was a bit of slop in the hole.
