lragsac,

I purchased some of Scott's products and they were first rate items. There were no burrs and unfinished spots on my BP's and Weighted STA. They look as good as the day I bought them.

Knowing Scott, I have no doubts this wing is going to be 'the cats meow.'

I would agree with this. I have one of his STAs and a goodman handle (very nice indeed). His work is top notch and he's too proud of his products to let anything less than fantastic stay associated with his name.

Scott has extremely high ethics. He still believes in the good 'ole USA, Apple Pie, Baseball, etc...

sorry guys this post got merged before I had read this one, Padi-scuba do you know anyone who has tried them on an inspiration?

I am having a difficult time with the picture on the oxycheq website determining whether the singles wings allow for the use of cam bands or whether it must be used with an STA. Any help here would be appreciated.

And TWO location grommets for the STA, if you use one.

You can use it either with an STA or STA-less.

I have a 45lber and got it wet in the pool today. It was very, very nice.

Halcyon's days are numbered in the singles wing department. Put a fork in 'em - they're done.

You CAN run the bands through the wing, however, they do not have the plastic rods that Halcyon uses so you still need the STA.

Just wanted to say what I a positive experience it was to deal with Oxycheq.

I just got off the phone with them ordering a new backplate / wing set-up. Even though I had credit card in hand ready to order, they took time to explain the things they did in the design of their wings that sets them apart.

There was no, "this is the absolute way to go"or bashing other manufacturers,,,just positive selling and customer service.

I highly recommend taking a look at what they have to offer when the time comes to go shopping.

It is hands-down the best-trimmed wing I've ever had on my back.

It blows the Halcyon 36 out of the water in actual use.

The 45 is more lift that I will ever need, but I gave up exactly nothing have more lift than I need. Trim is SPOT on.

I have not a single complaint. Not even a little itty bitty one.
