Location
Chicago & O'Hare heading thru TSA 5x per year
# of dives
None - Not Certified
I never wander in this section much as "I'm too old to be cold" and start all my dives with a trip to O'Hare, but how many will be at OWU?

In case you don't know (or haven't seen the Chicago PADI TV ads), it's this weekend at the Rosemont Stephens Expo. See details at http://www.ourworldunderwater.com

Friday 6-10
Saturday 9-5
Sunday 9-4

These are the exhibit hours, seminar hours vary. The cheap tix are $10 and you can beat the Rosemont parking fees by stashing your truckster at the METRA train lot just North of the Kennedy and the exhibit hall. Take the bus or walk from there.

Anybody going?

Yep, I'll be there. Also, Saturday at 5:00pm there is a group from this board and a couple of others gathering at Basil's in the Embassy Suites (right across the road from the convention center) for a refreshing beverage or two, anyone is welcome to stop by and say hi. The party will be over in time for the film festival or stay for dinner...

Most of the day Sat, a little while on Sun.

I'm going to try to make it to Basil's for a cold one as well, but I won't know til the last minute.

Juls r u working @ the show?

Do we have a count of the people showing up for drinks before the movie?

Best guess right now for the Surface Interval at Basil's is a bit over 30 people, but figuring out an accurate count is like herding cats. It will be fun, no matter how many show up.

I will be there Friday and Sat working the show for our LDS.

Please go by the Plaza Resort Bonaire booth for me and tell Chris, Natasha says, 'Hi' and will see him in Houston!
Thx!
Also tell him you're from scuba board!

Will do. Does Chris work for the Plaza or their US reps? Last year Steve Jevon from Toucan was up here minding the booth, shivering uncontrollably the whole time. Heh.

LOL Yes, I know Steve well, and saw him when he was in Chicago last year. I helped them work the booth.
(He was even cold in New Orleans for DEMA 2001)

Chris is the U.S. Sales and Marketing rep for the Plaza.

I'll be helping our LDS most of the day, and from 1-3 I'll be representing our dive club at the Illinois Scuba Council Booth.

Sunday, I'll be at a seminar, roaming around, and perhaps helping a little. Hopefully, I will be cutting out early to go see the ......CUBBIES!
