OSTC computers feedback?

I have been using the OSTC Sport, which was my late partners. Its really there so I have an idea how my OC buddies are doing. Its clear, and easy to use.
A friend of mine had an issue with his.... His buddy dropped a twinset on it and the screen suffered. He sent it back to Weikamp, more in jest than with any expectation, they gave him a ridiculous discount on a replacement.

In the UK and EU, OSTC computers have a really good reputation from everyone that I know that uses them.

AFAIK they really aren't interested in breaking into the US market and don't have retailers/service arrangements over your side of the pond. Any issues and it is a case of ship it all the way over with the delays that entails.
