Now consultants make big bucks undoing it. Like CERP.

Also wanted to mention USACE is proceeding with the widening and deepening of Port Everglades (PEV), and they have proposed tire clean-up from Osborne Reef as part of their mitigation measures. So this RFP coming out of DEP was sort of surprising given discussions I was involved with immediately prior to my early retirement from NOAA, as I was assigned to develop the biological opinion for the PEV dredging project right there at the end. PEV was (and is) a **** show with a lengthy history of its own for those that may be aware.
